    Angles, stance, closeouts, and contain—body positioning and effort with structure for real stops.

  • Small-Sided Transfer

    Constraint-led drills → live reps → measurable progress.

  • Weekend Clinics - $150/mo (6 sessions)

    Saturday and Sunday training only

  • PRIME (weekend clinics) - $185/mo (6 sessions)

    PRIME Plus (Weekend Clinics + Mon/Wed AM Session) - $250/mo (up to 10 sessions)

    PRIME Pro (Weekend Clinics + Mon and Wed AM Session) - $300/mo (up to 14 sessions)

  • In-season, by qualification & application only. Spots are very limited.

    Weekday performance + on-court skills integration for higher-level athletes.

Grandfathered Access: Join in-season monthly plan during basketball season (November-February) and keep 6 sessions/month at your plan rate through season’s end (through February 28, 2026).

Policies

  • To support the independence and focus of our athletes, HLA maintains a policy regarding parent presence during sessions:

    • Parents/guardians are kindly asked not to remain in the gym area while training is in progress.

    • This helps athletes fully engage, build confidence, and connect with their peers in a performance-focused environment.

    • Parents are always welcome to briefly check in, address urgent matters, or use the restroom as needed.

  • Required. 4-hour cancellation window for credit. One courtesy make-up/month if space allows.

  • Weekday morning training and PRIME/M.A.P. are coach-approved/test-in.
